Each year, FaithAction provides direct help at our downtown house location to over 3,000 new immigrant and refugee families with food, housing, healthcare, legal services, safe space and accompaniment for domestic violence victims, back to school backpacks, holiday toys, emergency help to families affected by COVID and detention and deportation, and FaithAction ID cards.
We additionally provide over 75 trainings on immigration and diversity to schools, health centers, and city agencies, as well as host our annual Stranger to Neighbor events to help our diverse communities build greater understanding, trust, and cooperation with one another.
